Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid Observacloud Digital enrollments confirmed by invoice. Informational prices on the website are not charges by themselves.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not accessed more than one live session and have not downloaded more than the orientation worksheet pack.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds apply when eligibility criteria above are met. Partial refunds of 50% may be granted if you withdraw before the midpoint of a cohort for documented medical or employer-mandated reasons, even after deeper material access. After the midpoint, fees are generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Completed private Observability Lab sprints, custom curriculum development already delivered, and third-party tool licenses purchased on your behalf are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email hello@observacloud.digital with your invoice number, cohort name, and reason. We may ask for confirmation of materials accessed. Approved refunds are confirmed in writing.

Processing time and method

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval using the original payment method when possible, or bank transfer in KRW for domestic invoices.

Cancellation by Observacloud Digital

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law take precedence where they grant broader rights than this policy. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may delay resolution.
